Why Raw Cow Dairy

This week I want to highlight our Raw Cow Dairy and why we do what we do.

milk retains its natural enzymes, probiotics and vitamins that get destroyed by high heat because it never gets heated.

A2A2…

all our cows are genetically tested to ensure they only produce the casein protein A2A2 which many find easier to digest.

100% grassfed…

= No grain / No corn, soy, wheat, barley, oats etc. Our cows only consume grasses, clover and alfalfa! That they graze off our pastures or eat as hay.

No GMO’s…

so you don’t need to worry about consuming wacky DNA’s.

Vaccine Free…

so you can enjoy milk that is free from MRNA’s.

Jersey and Jersey cross cows…

their milk is naturally high in fat. FYI whenever I drink a glass of milk before going to bed I wake up feeling better refreshed. Unless the baby woke me up 10 times ;)

BPA Free packaging…

to reduce plastic residue and potential for leaching.

No pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, or insecticides ever…

It simply is not necessary when you work with nature and provide a low stress environment for the cows.

Regenerative Soil Management…

allowing adequate rest & recovery between grazing events, minimizing tillage, applying compost and being intentional with the type of mined fertilizer we use… we have seen our soils become healthier and produce nutrient dense grasses, while absorbing more water during the rain events which reduces down stream flooding.
