FAQs
-
Absolutely, you're welcome to visit at any time; however, please call ahead to schedule an appointment. We are a working farm and want to be available to give you a tour of the farm, and show you the animals.
-
Try to use it up within 7-10 days, however, raw milk is loaded with enzymes and probiotics. When it starts to sour, it means that beneficial bacteria called probiotics have started to use up the lactose (milk-sugar). This is what causes the milk to no longer taste sweet. Whatever you do, there is no need for you to throw out this nutrient dense, grass fed dairy. Use presoak pancakes, make it into yogurt or kefir, make egg custard, or use it up in scrambled eggs.
