PA Dutch Pork Chops, Oven Baked
Ingredients
2 Tbsp raw butter
½ C unsweetened pineapple juice
2 Tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp raw honey
1 ½ tsp ground mustard
4 tsp French Grey Salt
4 tsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp water
Instructions
Prep: Brown pork chops in butter in a large skillet. Transfer to an ungreased 9×13 inch baking pan.
Combine the pineapple juice, ketchup, vinegar, honey, mustard and salt and add to drippings.
Cook and stir mixture until it boils
Pour over pork chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes
Remove and keep warm.
In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch and water. Stir in the pan juices and bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened.
Serve with pork chops.
Six Servings
Pair with creamy mashed potatoes, roasted root veggies and/or our own applesauce made in house, with blend of chemical free apples.
